Order Processing and Shipping

Once your order is placed, it will be processed and shipped automatically — no confirmation call needed. But we'll send you updates at every step directly via the email you provided.

Cancellation

In case you unfortunately decide to cancel your order, You can do this by calling our Customer Services department: 01033337346/01012620642 during working hours "From 9:00 AM To 12:00 AM - Friday & Saturday are days off" and they will help you to cancel your order smoothly.

NOTE: If payment by credit or debit card and canceled your order, we will process the cancellation and refund request (as applicable) as soon as possible. Refunds will be processed according to the procedures of the bank through which the payment was made, not by the company.

Please note that we cannot accept cancellations outside of the specified periods as the order will have been processed and can only then be cancelled through our returns/refunds process as mentioned above.

We reserve the right to cancel your order for any reason without your discretion.
