I tried to reach dalydress stores, they informed me that dalydress stores is totally different company than online store.
It's hilarious to hear such an excuse no one tried to help me or to assist
They told me to buy a new bag instead of that should arrive from the online store and then return the online store purchase.
Everyone seeks to reach his target instead of company image.
The bag is still in egypt and now I have traveled without it because of your bad customer service when the bag comes I will review it.
