Exchange & Return Policy
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return or exchange products.
Online Return Process
Step 1: Call STA Customer service on 01029979990/01060600042 and inform them that you want to return items. Share the required details with the customer service representative. Please note, the phones will be busy at times, please send us an Email on firstname.lastname@example.org
Step 2: Our Assigned Courier will contact you with a pick up time to take the items you’ve requested to Return.
Step 3: Please make sure to have the product Tags and packaging material intact or closed well to ensure safe delivery.
Step 4: Once we receive the products we will review your return and either approve or reject your request depending on the status of the returning item. We do not accept returns for:
- Small Accessories (Jewelry which may include and are not limited to, Necklaces, Earrings and Rings)
- Face Masks.
Step 5: You will be refunded within 14 days of receiving your return.
Any items whatsoever which have been provided free-of-charge with the relevant products must also be returned.
You must take reasonable care of any products that you wish to return and not use them. The products must be returned in their original conditions. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the items during your possession and may reject the request to return, exchange or refund.
In the case of faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods, we may offer you a substitute or replacement product or we will give you a full refund through the possible means, including any delivery charges you paid for (if any). In any case you must return the faulty, damaged or incorrect products to us as soon as possible in the same condition as supplied. We do not accept returns or refunds of any goods purchased during a promotion or event. We can provide exchange for same value products or products that are more than the original amount. You can receive store credit for undesired products that you have received to make another purchase in the form of a Coupon.
If you would like to exchange any products, you may choose 1 of the following options:
In Store Exchange
In side of your order, you will find a receipt slip same as you would receive from a store. In order to process your exchange request, you must ad-here to the policy stated above. You must have the original receipt slip with you and the item you wish to exchange and present it to the staff member at any of our Stores. Stores will not accept any exchanges without this receipt as it is crucial for the transaction to be recorded. Failure to present this slip will result in an automatic dismissal of your request.
- Please follow the same steps as mentioned above, contact Customer Service to request a Return. Please leave your Order Number, Brand of the Store your order is from, your name and contact information we can reach you on. Please indicate to the customer service representative what items you would like to exchange. Please be informed that the shipping cost of exchanging items will be added to your invoice. In case you have received a wrong item or a damaged item, please return the item and the total amount including shipping cost will be returned to you. Please note we can only accept one Exchange Request from each Order. This request can be of multiple items at once. You can only Exchange an item with same value, or an Item with higher value. We do not accept exchange request of items with lesser value than the original received in the order.
Subject to the above exclusions, we will process a refund upon receipt of the returned/exchanged products, excluding any delivery charges you paid for through ordering. If a return is received that has been claimed for defect, but in fact fails to be approved, the item will be resent and shipping costs will be added.

If you paid by credit card or debit card and you have cancelled in accordance with this clause then we will reverse the authorization or process a refund transaction (as the case may be) as soon as possible but we are not responsible for how long this will take to be reflected on your account as this is dependent on bank processing procedures.
Please note that we cannot accept cancellations outside of the specified periods as the order will have been processed and can only then be cancelled through our returns/refunds process as mentioned above.
We reserve the right to cancel your order for any reason without your discretion.
Editing an order
We reserve the right to edit the order received in case an item is unavailable. The value of your order will be adjusted accordingly and you will receive an email with the update.
Order Processing and Shipping
We will not contact you to confirm the order, please note that all orders received will be processed and shipped. Each step will be communicated as per the email provided in your order.
