Exchange & Return Policy
If you have received an item through the online store in any of the conditions below, we can exchange the item. If your claim is not listed below, please contact our customer service department to handle all inquiries and questions.

Dalydress will accept for exchange/returns, on items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customers, unless the original item was received damaged. To exchange your item, please contact Dalydress Customer Relations to have our couriers pick up your items for review within 14 days of the purchase. Note the shipping cost of exchanging the items will be included in both the return and the receiving of the original and replaced items. Items must be exchanged with all Dalydress tags still attached and must be in their original packaging such as shoeboxes and package sleeve.
